Andrew hails from Liverpool and graduated from the Royal Academy Opera School in 2011. He recently won 2014 UK Wagner Society Competition and the Maureen Lehane Competition at the Wigmore Hall. Andrew will join the ensemble at Deutsche Oper Berlin from March 2016.

Forthcoming appearances include Novice Billy Budd‚ Goro Madama Butterfly‚ 3rd Jew Salome‚ Pollux Die Liebe Danae and Da Ud Die Egyptische Helena for Deutsche Oper Berlin‚ as well as Flute in Britten’s A Midsummer Nights’ Dream for the Hyogo Performing Arts Theatre in Japan and Handel’s Messiah at the Royal Festival Hall.

Andrew has sung Messiah across Central and Eastern Europe‚ including venues such as Stephansdom Cathedral in Vienna and the Lizst Academy in Budapest. Other highlights include Mozart’s Requiem at the Royal Albert Hall‚ Berlioz’s Grande Messe de Morts at Winchester Cathedral‚ Bach’s B Minor Mass in Bolzano‚ Elgar’s The Apostles‚ Mendelssohn’s Elijah in Jordan‚ Britten War Requiem in Dunblane and Bach’s St Matthew Passion in Canterbury Cathedral.
